Jackie and Paul - Married

A burst of colour and love is how I think of last Saturday. Jackie and Paul were married at Figtree Anglican with 300 well wishers watching them make their promise to each other.

Jackie chose to wear colour and how vibrant and beautiful she looked can only be described below. An afternoon tea reception followed with family and friends, a jumping castle was erected for the kids to have a lot of fun as well.

A truly blessed day. All the best to Jackie and Paul as they honeymoon at an undisclosed location :)

I love to travel, unfortunately I have not put many travel photos up as yet.

I am heading to Thailand in about three weeks to shoot a wedding and spend time with family. One of the things I love most about photography is finding beautiful light and little things that are on our streets every day that we may not notice and walk straight by.

Recently while visiting friends in New Zealand I went for a quick walk to the shops and found both light and a lovely bush. I am looking forward to finding more of the same in Thailand in different ways.

Hall Family

Today I had the pleasure of shooting the newest addition to the Hall family, Mia.

Unfortunately the whole family were sick, but rather than cancel we went ahead. I don't take a lot of baby photos but I do enjoy it when I get the chance. It is definitely not for the faint hearted, you would not want to be precious..I was urinated on, thrown up on and coughed on. I would not trade that for anything as the little ones are so sweet. I only wished Mia had of been able to sleep poor thing.

Comment of the day came from big sister Charli when we were in the bedroom and I quote a 4 year old here, "So, are we going to get this show on the road?" simply gorgeous!

I think you will all agree that this is one beautiful family. Enjoy! Nat

With very proud big sister Charli...

Rachel

I took this portrait a number of years ago, but love it very much and thought I should share it again.
